Terms of sale
These terms cover the paid Creasana Premium subscription, billing, renewal and customer rights. Creasana Basic and downloading the application remain free.
1. Seller and contact
Laure Mathieu, sole proprietor (EI), trades as Creasana, SIRET 948 972 559 000 33, located at 40 boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau, 06150 Cannes, France.
Contact: contact@creasana.com; telephone: +33 6 87 88 84 52. Applicable tax details appear on the invoice.
2. Scope and Premium features
Premium includes all themes and templates within the offer, Academy content, sequence creation without a plan-specific count quota, personal templates, cloud sync and the sharing features available in the application.
The features and any technical limitations are presented before purchase. A subscription is for one individual account. It is neither a licence to redistribute the content library nor unlimited file storage.
You retain your rights in your own creations. The subscription allows you to prepare classes, including in your teaching practice, and share sequences using the provided features. It does not authorise bulk extraction or resale of Creasana illustrations and descriptions.
3. Account, equipment and availability
Subscribing requires an account and legal capacity to enter the agreement, or the involvement of an authorised legal representative. Check your email address and use the same account to access your subscription on compatible devices.
The Web version requires a supported browser and an Internet connection. Mobile requirements appear in the relevant store listing. Connectivity is required for activation, remote content, sharing and sync; local features depend on the platform and content already available.
You cover your equipment and connection costs. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions without removing statutory rights in the event of a failure to supply or lack of conformity.
Creating and using an account is subject to the terms of use accepted at registration. The privacy policy explains how personal data is processed; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to all processing. Any consent required for a particular purpose is collected separately.
4. Prices, subscription periods and payment
The displayed Web prices are €5.99 per month or €49.99 per year. An annual subscription is paid in one instalment for twelve months, not in monthly instalments. The total amount, applicable taxes, currency and billing frequency must be shown before confirmation. Consumer prices include applicable mandatory taxes.
Web payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods offered at checkout. Choosing Basic alone never creates a paid subscription. No Premium free trial or discount is included unless expressly offered before purchase.
Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed through that store. Store prices may differ from Web prices. Store terms apply to the transaction without taking away mandatory consumer rights.
5. Ordering and activation
Before paying, you must be able to check the plan, total price and billing frequency, correct your details, and read and accept the terms of sale. Final confirmation clearly indicates an obligation to pay. An order summary and the accepted terms must be supplied on a durable medium, such as email.
Premium access starts after payment confirmation and verification of your account entitlement. If activation is delayed, refresh your subscription in the app or contact support with the order reference rather than purchasing a second subscription.
6. Renewal and billing-period changes
Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for the same monthly or annual period, with payment at each renewal. The renewal date and management options are available through your profile or the purchase store.
Customers receive any advance renewal notices required by applicable law, including those required for automatically renewing annual contracts. Rights arising from a failure to provide the required notice remain unaffected.
A price change does not affect a period already paid for. Future changes are notified in advance with an opportunity not to renew. Switching from monthly to annual billing is not promised during an ongoing period: use the options actually offered in subscription management or contact support.
7. Cancellation and return to Basic
You can turn off renewal through subscription management in your profile. Web purchases use the Stripe customer portal; Apple and Google purchases use the corresponding store’s subscription management. Cancel before the next renewal and check the confirmation.
Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Premium remains available until then, after which the account returns to Basic. Unused time is not ordinarily refunded, without prejudice to withdrawal rights, legal guarantees, failure to supply or any other applicable entitlement.
Returning to Basic restores that plan’s limits on saving, cloud sync and catalogue access. Premium features no longer remain available. Keep copies of creations you need before the subscription ends and contact support for retrieval assistance where necessary.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Before requesting account deletion, also check that renewal has ended through the purchase channel. Contact contact@creasana.com if you need help.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw, subject to statutory deadline calculation rules and any extensions. Ordinary renewal of the same subscription does not restart this period.
You may request immediate Premium access at checkout without waiving your right of withdrawal. If you withdraw within the applicable period, payments for that contract are refunded in full, without deduction for use of the Service. The refund is made within fourteen days of receiving your request, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees.
For a web purchase, use Profile → Withdrawal and documents, email contact@creasana.com or use the form below. A dated acknowledgement is retained and emailed to you. Withdrawal ends that contract’s Premium rights; the account returns to Basic unless another active subscription provides Premium access. You may subscribe again later, without exclusion of statutory rights attached to a new contract.
For an App Store or Google Play purchase, follow the store refund procedure linked in the app; our support can assist. These procedures do not remove mandatory statutory rights. Access rights are updated after verification of the store’s refund or revocation notifications.
Cancelling renewal differs from withdrawal: Premium remains available until the paid period ends, without refunding a period already started, subject to statutory guarantees and other applicable rights. A refund does not permit copying or reusing content in breach of the Terms of Use.
To: Creasana — contact@creasana.com I hereby withdraw from the following Creasana Premium contract: Plan and order reference: Subscription date: Consumer’s name: Consumer’s address: Account email: Date: Signature (only on paper):
9. Statutory conformity guarantee for digital services
The consumer is entitled to the statutory conformity guarantee for defects arising throughout the contractual supply period: one month or one year according to the selected plan, including every renewed period. During that period, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the defect, not when it arose.
The guarantee requires all updates necessary to maintain conformity throughout that supply period. The consumer is entitled to conformity without undue delay, free of charge and without significant inconvenience.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the service, or terminate the contract for a full refund in exchange for giving up the service, if the trader refuses conformity, unreasonably delays it, imposes costs or significant inconvenience, or if the defect persists after an unsuccessful remedy.
A sufficiently serious defect also permits immediate price reduction or termination without first requesting conformity. For a minor defect, termination is available only where the contract does not provide for payment.
Any service unavailability during a conformity remedy suspends the remaining guarantee until the service is compliant again. These rights follow Articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.
A trader obstructing the guarantee in bad faith may incur a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L242-18-1).
The consumer also benefits from the latent-defects guarantee under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from discovery. It permits a price reduction while keeping the service, or a full refund in exchange for giving it up.

10. Use, service changes and liability
Creasana supports class planning and learning. Its content is not a medical diagnosis, treatment or professional qualification. Use sequences in accordance with your training and participants’ needs.
Service changes remain subject to applicable conformity and information requirements. Changes negatively affecting access or use do not remove any statutory rights to refuse or terminate.
Non-payment or abusive use may lead to proportionate restrictions, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where circumstances allow. Urgent security action remains possible. No general exclusion of liability overrides mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Personal data and contract records
Subscription data is used to manage accounts, Premium access, payments and support as described in the privacy policy. Payment information is processed by the payment provider or relevant store.
Keep your purchase summary and the terms you receive. Statutory contract-retention obligations apply where their conditions are met. A later version of these terms does not retroactively change an already concluded subscription period.
12. Complaints, mediation and applicable law
First send any complaint to contact@creasana.com with your account, order reference and an explanation of the problem.
After an unresolved prior written complaint, consumers may access the competent consumer mediator free of charge under the applicable rules. A consumer mediator will be appointed before subscriptions open. Their name, contact details and the procedure for submitting a dispute will then be included in these terms. No mediation organisation has been appointed at this stage.
This draft selects French law without depriving consumers living elsewhere of mandatory protections applicable to them. Jurisdiction follows the relevant legal rules; consumers are not required to bring proceedings exclusively in the seller’s courts.
